What is the return or refund policy?

Bay Area Circuits guarantees your finished boards will be manufactured per your drawings, artwork, and purchase order within the specifications of IPC 600. Bay Area Circuits, at Bay Area Circuits’ option, will repair or replace defective boards at no charge or credit your account. Your requirements must be in writing and approved by Bay Area Circuits prior to manufacturing. Unacceptable boards must be returned to Bay Area Circuits within 30 days of delivery before replacements, repairs, or credits can be authorized. In the event of unacceptable boards, Bay Area Circuits assumes liability for bare boards only. In no event shall Bay Area Circuits’ liability exceed the original purchase order. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Bay Area Circuits neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with services rendered.

In the unlikely case of a delay in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, Bay Area Circuits will provide a refund of the shipping cost.
