What is meant by "Multiple Parts per Board" and why is this not allowed on some products available online?

Multiple Parts per Board refers to a project where it's apparent that multiple parts are designed within a single set of Gerber files. On most of our products we make this service available as an optional upgrade, and, the Golden Gate special includes the option to design as many as 4 parts within a single set of Gerber files.
