For customers who place orders through our InstantDFM e-commerce experience:
For any order placed BEFORE the end of our business day (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm), the day the order is placed will be counted as Day 0. So, if an order is placed on a Monday at 4:30pm with a production lead time of 3 days, the order will ship on Thursday (Day 1 = Tuesday, Day 2 = Wednesday, Day 3 = Thursday). For any order placed AFTER the end of our business day, the day after the order is placed will be counted as Day 0. So, if an order is placed on a Monday at 5:30pm with a production lead time of 3 days, the order will ship on Friday (Day 0 = Tuesday, Day 1 = Wednesday, Day 2 = Thursday, Day 3 = Friday).
Local Pickup / Will Call Orders: For those wishing to pick-up their order at our facility, please plan to do so the business day following the manufacturing due date between the hours of 9am and 5pm. As soon as your order has been completed you will receive an email that states "READY FOR PICKUP". While this often occurs on or prior to the due date, we cannot guarantee an available pick-up time prior to the close of the manufacturing due date. If you need to arrange for a pick up outside of this window, please contact us to make arrangements.
We make every effort to ship early and never hold orders that are ready to ship until their due date. We currently operate Monday through Friday so please do not count Saturday or Sunday when calculating anticipated shipping date. If you have any specific questions around production lead time please contact our support team.
