Is UPS the only shipping option available from the online store?

For our online store customers UPS is the only shipping carrier we offer.  Our relationship with UPS allows us to more efficiently ship and deliver your order.  Also important to note: As a part of our commitment to provide the lowest pricing possible, we do not mark up shipping cost; our costs are your costs.

We also offer a Will Call / Local Pickup option for local Silicon Valley customers:

For customers who wish to pick up their orders from our Fremont, CA facility, select the "Will Call / Local Pickup" option from the shipping menu. Once the order is complete you will receive an email that states "READY FOR PICKUP". Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm PST.
