I'm having difficulty installing PCB Creator v3 for Mac OS X. What went wrong and how do I fix it?

It's really important to follow the installation instructions detailed here: https://bayareacircuits.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/227442908-Mac-OS-X-Installation-Instructions-System-Requirements 

If you installed PCB Creator v3 prior to installing Quartz 11, you will need to uninstall PCB Creator (and also Quartz 11 if you tried installing it after PCB Creator), reboot, and follow the installation procedures in the proper order (Quartz 11, then PCB Creator).

If you've followed the installation procedure in the proper order (Quartz 11, then PCB Creator) but PCB Creator doesn't seem to launch, be sure to reboot your Mac and then try to launch PCB Creator again.
