When placing a direct order, there are several payment options available which are outlined below.
Option 1: Credit Card
To pay via credit card, complete the credit card authorization form (attached) and return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you may also provide this information by phone by contacting our Customer Service team at 510-933-9000. Please reference the quote/order/invoice number.
Option 2: PayPal
To pay via PayPal, email email@example.com and reference the quote/order/invoice number. We'll return a PayPal invoice via email which can be used to process payment. Alternatively, you may also provide this information by phone by contacting our Customer Service team at 510-933-9000.
Option 3: Purchase Order
Purchase orders can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or, directly to the assigned account manager.
New Customers: Before a purchase order can be accepted an account must be established. Begin this process by requesting an application form via email to email@example.com. Return the completed application and our Customer Service team will respond once the account and terms have been established. The length of this process will depend on how quickly responses are returned by provided credit references.
Option 4: Pay in Advance
When neither credit card or purchase order are suitable options, payment can also be made via Check, ACH, or Wire Transfer. However, please note that an order cannot be confirmed and processed until one of these payment methods have been received.
