Prior to July 2021, users were able to log into a BAC e-commerce store account and view their past order history. As we transitioned e-commerce to the InstantDFM experience, order history and other account related data was not able to be transferred.
Further, you will need to create a new account to log in and place orders through InstantDFM. InstantDFM account management features are currently limited but we plan to expand this in a future update.
In any case, if there is ever a need to retrieve information about a past order including order confirmation, invoice or design data, please contact our support team for assistance and we'll be glad to help.
