Are extra boards made with each order?

In order to yield the quantity required for a particular project, it's common that we set out to build more boards than the quantity required. When a project completes manufacturing and there are extra boards available, we either put them into inventory and utilize them if/when the project is ordered in the future, or, we ship the extras to you at no additional cost (typically for prototype orders where it's not expected that the design will be ordered again). 

We can only guarantee you the quantity confirmed at the time of order. Extra boards are provided as a courtesy but should never be depended on.
