Description of the Issue:
Some InstantDFM users have reported an issue which prevents them completing the checkout process while trying to place an order. After being presented with the login screen, entering proper login credentials, and attempting to proceed, the user is again presented with the login screen and not allowed to move forward.
This is a known issue that is believed to only affect Safari browser users. Our development team is currently investigating and determining how to resolve the issue.
1. Use a different browser - Chrome, Firefox or Edge are all viable options and this issue should not occur while using one of these browsers.
2. Instead of checking out online, email the PDF quote which is made available for download on the pricing screen, to email@example.com and request assistance with completing your purchase. Our team can assist with collecting payment and processing the order.
